These Buffs are thicker in the middle around the arbor hole and taper down to a firm thin edge. Great for getting into deep recesses like finned Corvette valve covers and hard to get right angle corners in brass head lamps. This 3" buff can be mounted on this arbor and is used in a die grinder for greater versatility.
