The pucker construction actually slaps the part being buffed. thus speeding up the buffing operation. Soft Airway Buffs are generally used with the White Rouge buffing compound for bright coloring.

ALL AIRWAY BUFFS REQUIRE THE APPROPRIATE DOMED FLANGE. See Airway Flanges.
